Meditation has amazing benefits to your mind and well-being....and science proves it! Here are a few reasons why you should practice, with links to the scientific studies:

Think you can't meditate because:
"I can't clear my mind"? We don't do any mind-clearing with mindfulness meditation! People tell me this the most!
"I can't sit in lotus-position". That's ok! I can't either. We can use a chair, or sit cross-legged on a comfortable cushion.
"I'm not Buddhist/Hindu/religious". My classes are secular…so there is no religious affiliation ( I KNOW, I know...SO many of the photos on my site have people with prayer hands!)
"I don't have time". You can take as little as a couple of minutes to find a little time to be mindful or meditate.
"I can't sit still". Walking meditation is a thing. I can show you how!
So, maybe you CAN meditate after all!
